Before we met I was running on sugar, had energy dips, and often felt shaky and jittery. I am no longer like this and can fuel my body to feel good and manage my weight which has always been a rollercoaster. My daughter and I have significantly changed how we eat; porridge and watermelon is now a firm family favourite breakfast and eggs are a staple lunch with seasonal vegetables. She really listened to me, used her nutrition and health experience, and combined mindset coaching to create a plan with which I could work.
