Metabolic Balance® follows a structured yet nurturing pathway to guide you towards balance and sustainability:
Initial Consultation: Comprehensive health review, body composition assessment, and pathology referral for blood testing.
Personalised Plan Creation: Your nutrition plan is developed from over 35 blood markers, health history, medications, and personal preferences.
Four-Phase Implementation: You’ll move through carefully guided stages — from metabolic reset to integration and maintenance — each designed to stabilise and restore metabolic function.
Ongoing Support: A minimum of seven consultations are included. Continuous guidance, education, and accountability are key to lasting success.
